Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
Orders are usually processed same day if order is placed before 3pm EST (excluding weekends) and all orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
We work hard to get your order shipped to you in a timely manner. If you require any special instructions to be followed with your order please add them to the comment field while completing your order. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Estimator
We provide a shipping estimator to help gauge shipping costs of your order. To use the shipping estimator add items to your shopping cart. On the shopping cart page look to the bottom left of the products listed in your cart to see the shipping estimator button. Click the shipping estimator button and fill out any details needed for the shipping estimate.
PO BOXES and Billing/Delivery addresses that do not match
Delivery addresses that do not match credit card or billing address and shipments to P.O. Boxes may require written or verbal confirmation prior to shipping.Saleevent.com ships to addresses within Canada and the U.S.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Saleevent.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Saleevent.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside Canada and the U.S.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Thank you for shopping at Saleevent.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
All products purchased through our website can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

Shipping charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Saleevent.
Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Warehouse Sale items
Items purchased at one of our warehouse sale events are final sale and cannot be returned.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners Club and PayPal payments.

Our product pricing will fluctuate as we run limited promotions from time to time. We will accept price adjustments on items that have had their prices reduced within 7 days of original purchase. We will not perform price adjustments to sale prices found on other websites or retail locations. The pricing on Saleevent.com may or may not not be the same as products sold at our warehouse sale events and we will not price match to the the pricing found at our warehouse sales.
- Saleevent.com will send coupons to its customers from time to time that are to be redeemed per the specific conditions of that coupon and have no cash value.
